Judit Toth

Founder & CEO

Judit is the Founder and CEO of Vivere Hospitality and the visionary behind the INK Hotel brand. INK Hotel, a boutique hotel recognized for its commitment to sustainability, has been successfully operating in Dubai since January 2022.

With 15 years of experience in hospitality, real estate and education, Judit has made significant contributions to the industry during her tenure with Jumeirah, Dubai Properties Group and HTMi, Hotel and Tourism Management Institute Switzerland Dubai.

Her accomplishments feature the esteemed "The Hotelier" award, which she received at the Mastercard Women SME Leaders event in 2022 and “Top 100 GM Power List” by the Hotelier. In addition to receiving numerous industry awards, Judit is actively involved as a speaker at various industry events throughout the UAE and KSA.

Judit holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, along with a FinTech certification from INSEAD. These qualifications allow her to blend her interests in both hospitality and fintech seamlessly.

 Challenge

Our client, the asset owner faced with Covid-19 challenge in 2020 being unable to open his newly built asset and was on to look for a new brand and operator to overcome the challenge.

Outdated
Concept

The client struggled to find a new brand that would be suitable for a boutique hotel.

Competitive
Market

The location is oversaturated with hotels and major international players such as Hilton and Marriott are direct neighbors to the property.

Loss

Month by month with delayed opening date was a financial loss to the asset owner and required an immediate solution.

Solution

We completed an extensive analysis of the regional competitors, as well as customer preferences with regards to brand and value, to inform our approach to hotel selection. Subsequently, we created a customized strategy consisting of the establishment of the INK Hotel brand, feasibility assessment and commercial negotiation. Followed by a hotel management agreement and hotel opening in 2022.

Outcome

In just 12 months, INK Hotel gained brand recognition and received multiple awards. By positioning itself as the leading hotel in the area with the highest ADR competing amongst international brands, INK Hotel achieved a profitable first year of operation and exceeded its NOP goals for the second year of operation in 2023 under the management of Vivere Hospitality.
